firstandmainstudio provides tools that help real estate agents plan, draft, edit and organise marketing content. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the service.

We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service. We will give reasonable notice where a material change adversely affects an active paid subscription.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your sign-in details secure and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at jade@firstandmainstudio.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Eligible new customers receive a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your selected subscription begins automatically and the payment method you provided is charged.

Subscriptions cost NZD $59.99 per month or NZD $599 per year, as shown at checkout. Prices include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.

You may cancel through the membership page. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access generally continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer law.

You retain ownership of material you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, process and use it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

You are responsible for reviewing every generated draft before publishing it. Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate or similar to content produced for others. You must verify property details, claims, statistics, testimonials, permissions, advertising disclosures and compliance with real estate, privacy and intellectual property rules.

Subject to these terms and third-party rights, you may use content generated for you for your business and marketing.

You must not use the service unlawfully; misrepresent a property, result or person; infringe privacy or intellectual property rights; upload harmful code; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with the service; scrape or resell it; or use generated content for deceptive, discriminatory or harmful activity.

We own the service, brand, interface, software, templates and other materials we provide, excluding your content. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is authorised.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and we exclude implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, firstandmainstudio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or decisions made using generated content. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or end access where you materially breach these terms, create a security risk or fail to pay. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership and liability provisions, will continue.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
