We collect the account information you provide, such as your name, email address, profile details, agency, service areas and communication preferences.

We also collect content you add to the service, including listing information, local knowledge, client stories, results, ideas, instructions, uploaded media, generated drafts and feedback.

When you use the service, we may receive technical information such as device and browser details, approximate location, pages viewed, diagnostic logs and security events. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store complete card details.

We use information to provide and personalise your account, generate content in your preferred voice, process subscriptions, provide support, secure and improve the service, communicate important changes and meet legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how the service performs. We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted providers for hosting, data storage, artificial intelligence processing, authentication, payments, email and product analytics. They may process information outside New Zealand under their own security and privacy commitments.

We share only what is reasonably needed to provide the relevant service, comply with law, protect people or the service, or complete a business transfer.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably required for support, security, payment, tax and legal purposes. We may retain de-identified information that no longer identifies you.

You can update much of your account information in your profile. Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to delete your account and associated information, subject to legal retention requirements.

We use essential browser storage and cookies to keep you signed in, remember settings, protect the service and support payment flows. We may update this notice as the service changes. The date above shows the latest version.
